Is it when you turn? Or when you're going straight? Usually a clicking while turning indicates a worn outer CV joint. When they get bad enough, they'll click in a straight line, which is usually followed soon by a bang and your car coasting to the side of the road when the joint blows. Usually you only hear it when you turn or are on the gas. Is this what is happening?

The clicking is most likley the universal joint in the axel shaft. Using jackstands jack up that side of the Bronco with the wheels cut to the side that will make it click and spin the wheel by hand to see if the noise is coming from just behind the wheel. If it is teh universal joint is bad.

Fuel shut off where is it located ???

for full size Bronco
Your vehicle's inertia switch is located behind the left side of the dash, above the brake pedal behind kick panel, there should be a hole to push reset button down. Just flip the switch back to ON position
