Your water pump is seized and will need to be replaced. The part behind the pulley that wont move is the water pump. It has probably been making a lot of noise for a while?

Replaced the thermostat and water pump in my 1998 Dodge Durango and flushed the cooling system but it still won't blow heat. What's the next thing to try?

Check the two hoses going to the heater core.
They will be in the engine compartment on the passenger side fire wall.
Touch both hoses. There should be only about 15 deg. difference between the two of them
If one is hot and the other is cool then the heater core has failed and needs to be replaced.
Hope this helps give feedback thank you FixYa.

Need to replace water pump. What's the easiest way

I would attempt to take the fan blade off the water pump, then remove the fan shroud off the radiator but leave the radiator in the car.. it may take a little more finesse but save you alot of time..
