No you need an a/f sensor if the code is for a bank one it is located on the exhaust manifold on the back of the engine compartment vise versa if it is for bank 2

Air sensor check engine light

Ok as a guess that you have a SUV and you have different air faults. if you are a DYI'er go to an auto parts store and get an error code tool. Harbor freight for $30-50. Hook it to the car and find out which sensor is it calling for. Note, you can reset the check engine light on most tools that are not the cheapest.

Not sure where you got that definition for that code but this is what it is and means with possible causes for whichever motor you have:

Trouble Code: P1135 (2.4L L4 VIN - Auto)
A/F Sensor-11 (Bank 1 Sensor 1) Heater Circuit Malfunction Print this code dataprint_icon_codes.gif
Number of Trips to Set Code: 2

Trouble Code Conditions:
Engine started, engine running, and the PCM detected the A/F Sensor-11 (A/FS-11) heater current was less than 0.25A, or that it was more than 8.0A at anytime during the CCM test.

  • A/F sensor heater power circuit is open
  • A/F sensor heater is damaged or has failed
