Changed spark plugs, changed ignition coil. still not getting any spark and car wont start

Please change the rotor and cap before you go any further. The rotor tip can be worn which can prevent charge from getting to the plug wire. The contacts inside the cap could also be corroded.

1993 jeep Cherokee just cranks wont start

To start any engine you need three things. 1. fuel (getting into the the rail is not enough) 2. Air make sure the air filter is not blocked. 3. Spark (needs to happen at the correct time as well as just being there.
You have taken care of some of these items but have not mentioned exactly what you have/don't have. Do you see spark coming from the coil wire as it is being cranked? Is there spark coming from the wires at the plugs? Does the fuel pressure read normal at the rail? Is the fuel reaching the cylinders? What is the compression? Three mechanics and none can figure it out? shame on them!!
Get yourself a Haynes or Chilton manual and run through the sensor tests. You need a decent digital multi-meter to do that. I'm attaching a link for a wiring diagram so you can see what goes to what.
Don't loose sight of the fact that there is an engine underneath all the electronics...everything there needs to be good or nothing will help.
At this point I'm betting on a crank sensor or shutdown relay not working but you need to test before doing anything.
Good luck!

93 jeep cherokee , iv got spark at the coil but not at the plug just replced cap, roter, wires, but still notheing got any ides ?

Coil may be producing low voltage (KVs) to where it makes enough energy to snap out of the coil tower but then supressed as it travels down the high tension leads finally to the plug. Incidentally spark plug leads should have about 10k ohms of resistance per foot.I good coil will jump spark at least a half inch if you pull the wire off the cap and produce this much air gap

Back up a minute...Do you have spark from the coil wire? (juice from coil) If so, change or check rotor and cap (wires do not all go bad at same time so unless they are wet, likely at least good enough to start engine)

93 grand cherokee, when i start the car it wont stay on it will shuutdown unless i press the accelerator, when the car is on for a while it stays put when its on neutral or park, but when on drive it...

Check wires, cap , rotor and coil...Just a quick guess, but it sounds like a classic ignition misfire. (of course because I said this it will turn out to be a left rear taillight bulb...just having that kind of week!!)Seriously, that's where I'd begin looking!
Good luck
