Ford fiesta heaters blow cold i rev the car and get warm why is this

The Ford Fiesta certainly isn't the most affordable small car, but especially if you consider the Fiesta's stylish appearance and surprisingly stout feature lists, it's one of the better ways to downsize-without feeling like you're moving downscale, that is.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Ford fiesta 1.3 preg heater gauge not working and only blowing cold air in the car. ive changed the thermostat but still nothing works. what else could it be?

This could be your heater door is not opening ,causes, vacuum leak, bad control switch, or cable has slipped of of the door its self. Or someone has bypassed the heater coil all together because it had a leak.

Heaters blow cold

could be heater core failure.

If the temp guage remains cold....the thermostat is stuck open, therefore coolant is running thru the motor always. Therefore, no heat anywhere, and poor gas mileage.

1998 ford fiesta is blowing cold air wen it should be hot.

first be sure the antifreeze is full in the radiator if it is feel the heater hoses if one is hot and the other is cold it is probably the heater hose valve not opening located it and check any vacuum connections for broken hose. As a precaution you should have the thermostat changed.

My heater blows cold all the time!? ford fiesta 1800 td..2001. could it be a fuse gone?...

If it was a fuse it wouldn't blow at all. Check coolant level. Change thermostat. If still not working possibly a heater core - symptoms of a bad heater core would be losing coolant, fogging of inner winshield with defroster on or wetness on passenger side floor.,

Heater in ford ka only blowing cold air

Hi if the car is not overheating then it will be the heater control unit, this is located just under the front windscreen when the bonnet is open look at the back and you will see 2 pipes going in and going back out of the bulkhead, these go all the time copy and paste this link into your browser

Check the thermostat aswell, and ensure the fan is working on the radiator , most likely though will be that part. very common

Doesnt blow warm enough air new heatercore and blower fan. air flow seems restricted

if the car is not overheating then this is a heater control vale fault, very common on this car cost new is about £35 in the UK this part has another name which I cannot seem to remember at the moment but here a link to what one looks like,

This one is for a fiesta not taurus, but they do the same job. the part is located just in front of the window screen below the wiper arms has 2 pipes going in, one hot one cold, if both are cold then that the fault.

No heating in my ford fiesta p reg it blows cold all the time it doesnt overhaet thanks

If the rest of the system is working fine, and your coolant isn't leaking, then either the heater core or the water control valve is, more than likely, blocked up. Have a flush and fill performed on your cooling system. If that doesn't help, remove and inspect the heater core, it should flow water freely.
