2005 silverado 5.3 around 40 to 55 mph it shakes

Check your tire balance. When you have an out of balance tire or a belt in the tire has shifted you will experience a shacking only at a certain speed.

My car shakes at about 55 and stops at 65 and my srs light stays

SRS light is for your air bags, worry not. shaking is a bad part in your front end suspension or badly balanced tire.

2000 Buick Park Ave. shakes between 55-70mph.

Bearings can definitely do this, even when they have no noticeable play. C/v joints generally show signs of failure when turning at low speeds. If boots are intact, likely they are OK.

1996 Jeep Laredo shakes between 55 and 65mph

You might take a close look at the ball joints on the front suspension/steering arms. I've had the same problem on another vehicle. Also you should check the front wheel bearings for loose play.
