Question about 2003 Ford E-Series
I believe that you are talking about the power steering pump. Is it located on the bottom drivers side of the engine? If so where exactly is the leak coming from? If it's one of the lines they can be replaced, if it's from the pump itself or the reservoir it's probably a seal on the end of the pump shaft. You can replace that but you need some special pullers to disassemble the pump. It might be easier for you to just buy a replacement one form a parts store. Lines are pretty easy to replace, just take the faulty one in and have them order the correct one.
