It is normally a red button and is in one of two or three places, in the trunk on one side or the other with a cover on it normally the same side the fuel filling tube is at or in the glove box or in the center console if it has one. Just push it in if it clciks you know you have fixed the no start condtion, however after doing this turn the key on then off turn it to the run postion only about 10 times before you try to start it this primes the pump and fuel lines and does not run down the battery creating another problem for you.

Karl, Ford installs inertia switches in most fuel-injected vehicles.
In passenger cars, the switch is typically located in the trunk and is identifiable by the red button on its top. Switch could be behind a trim panel/ piece/door. Check the attached links, instruction and guides, Good luck

Check the Inertia switch. This switch is resettable and can be behind the passengers front kick panel or on the drivers side. Do a Web search for the term "1993 ford Econoline inertia switch location"

Van cranks over but will not start

Check your Inertia switch. It is located behind the passengers toeboard to the right of the transmission hump. It has a push button to reset.
The Inertia switch is for safety and disconnects the fuel pump power when bumped. Sometimes closing a door will falsely trigger the switch.

No electric going to the fuel pump, or the shut off valve.

There is a safety cut off for the fuel pump. They call it an Inertia switch and it has a reset button on it. Usually this switch is either behind a front kick panel or in the trunk.

Look in your Web Browser for a topic like "1993 Festiva Inertia switch location" and for the part under "1993 Festiva Inertia switch".

Wiring diagrams are free at Autozone.com after registering your vehicle. But toggle to the bottom Help areas, chose the free categories as there are pay sites too.

Ford 1993 probe horn

The horn Button at the steering wheel is simply a switch. It grounds out when pushed causing the circuit to close, routing it though the actual  horn under the hood which is sitting there waiting to activate.
