You have a half shaft going out or drive axle front could be eaither side you can try pulling on the axle where the cv joints are and see if the wiggle if they do on one side you have found your problem.

Sounds (pun intended) like a problem with the differential (that globe that connects to the drive-shaft and to the two rear tires. Maybe, one wheel has bad bearings, adding resistance into the differential.

Why is my jerkin why i going the speed at 30mph if I go faster its fine.

could be a wheel imbalance. you may have thrown a weight. also on front wheel drives the is a weight on the drive shaft, if that has moved or added weight/or lost weight it can make an imbalance at slow speeds.

My 2003 chevy tahoe will not accelerate pass 30mph what could be the problem?

Your problem could be in the Transmission, but most likely it is caused by a sensor / electric part called an Accellerator-Pedal-Position-Sensor (APP-Sensor. If it is the APP Sensor, then you should be getting a signal in the information center saying "reduced power" or a Check-Engine Light.

Flashing dome light, broken horn, and slow windshield wipers... what can it be?

if your hearing a clicking sound when pushing the horn button then it sounds like you need to replace the horn the diaphram is probably no good.if it was a bad connection you wouldn`t hear a clicking noise.the slow wipers sounds like it could be a poor ground on the wiper motor.you can run a separate ground wire to the wiper body and if the wipers work at a normal speed then that is all you have to do.if not then the power wire needs to be checked for battery voltage if its good then the problem is likely the wiper motor itself.the flickering interior light may be the light switch maybe moving just enough to make contact to allow power to the light.make sure the switch is into the off position and see what happens.

You hear clicking from the engine. If it increases in speed when you accelerate and decreases as you slow down, try listening for it in park. If the sound continues you need to take it to a shop. If the sound is only present when you are moving you need to have your CV joints checked.

I have a clicking sound coming from the front of my car around the wheel base. I am not certain if it is a cuff or what.

A clicking sound that speeds up or slows down with the speed you are moving might be the CV joint.
