They are for preventative maintenance, and by the sounds of it, it is too late. Parts that knock and cause shaking need replacing. Have you checked that the engine mounting rubbers haven't parted?

The way to fix that is to go to a local auto-electrician and they will just replace the contacts in the junction box by crimping a new one to the wire, and locking it back into the junction box.

You might even be able to do it yourself by bending the contacts in the socket a little with a thin blade screwdriver.

The panels should pop off. Remove all the trim panels, and plastic panels (some may be screwed in). You should be able to access all the bulbs behind and change yourself.

Usually a bad crank sensor or a bad ecu computer.

i believe yours is rhd that is why you are asking this. if you have no HID modern xenon lights ( probably you dont on WJ), you need to get a black tape and mask the upper 1/3 of your head lights to remove the V marking of light on road. ( which is to illuminate the right side of road) by this way you wont blinding incoming traffic.

the link for the 4wheel drive pops off the trany, get under the jeep and push it back in,, you may need to get a new clip,, not hard to do
