Remove the hoses and then remove the radiator. Its a very straight forward removal. You may want to have a mechanic handle the job if you don't have the knowledge for a repair of this nature. Here are some instructions that may help you:
Thank you,

I can't get the hose off the bottom of the radiator of our 98 Licoln Continental so I can drain the radiator.

Hello mike--- You should not have to remove the hose to drain the radiator. On factory equipment, the bottom corner of the radiator will have a drain valve, open & drain.
Hope this helps.

94 lincoln continental fan belt broke do i need to take radiator off to repair if not what should i do

You should have a serpetine belt on your car for all pulleys.
There should be a diagram of the belt either on top of the front cowling apron(In front of the radiator) or under the hood in front by the upper locking hook.
You should not need to remove the radiator.

You will need a 3/8 or 1/2 inch rachet or breaker bar to move the idler pulley to slip on the belt. The idler pulley is spring loaded and keeps tension on the belt.
