Last week I was driving my 2002 Chevy Silverado & I had the a/c on that blows very cold air that all of a sudden started blowing hot air. No matter what position I turned the dail to, super hot air. The psi in the compressor is 50 and it is getting cold. The clutch is working fine. What could be the problem? Could it be the heater control valve?

the heater & defroster baffles are controlled by electic motors that open and close the baffle (doors) to let the air to the heater and defroster vents. the motor must be bad
