You will need lowering sprongs and struts, then camber kits for alignment afterwards. if you just by cheap lowering springs, you will not be able to align the car properly after, and it will handle terrible and prematurely wear your tires.

You lower the front with a screw for the torsion bars. Loosen it to lower. Car won't ride good unless you get stiffer torsion bars. For the back get lowering springs/coil overs and shocks

I believe these use a hydraulic clutch system in which case there is no adjustment and the clutch is probably worn out.

Need to change rear contol arms on acura integra hard is it and how long should it take...also any special tools i need?

there are no special tools required but you must have the alignment redone, that is the most expensive part of the job which will take 2 hours, u will need a good floor jack and safety jack stands to support the car, this is a MUST

What tools to use to remove front struts on 87 acura integra

1) Jack up the ront part of the car and support it with safety stands.
2) Remove the brake hose clamp bolt.
3)Use floor jack to support the lower control arm. You can place the jack under the ball joint. This is very important. You need to have the jack under the ball joint otherwise force of the torsion bar will jump and cause injury.
4) Remove the self-locking bolt on the knuckle. Slowly lower the jack to remove the strut from the knuckle.
5) Remove two self locking nuts from the upper part of the strut.
) Remove the strut ( front damper) from the car.

Can i put a 1994 acura integra ls trans to replace a 1989 acura i

I don't think this would be possible wihtout some hassles.

The engine type build changed twice between the 89 and the 94 series integra.

I would suggest you speak to Honda specialised mechanic before you purchase the 94 tranny.

Also check out the Honda forums as they ahve guys who have done some handy things with the ol integra

Special bolt on the crankshaft pully on 1990 acura integra

It should be a hex bead bolt. Nothing really special about the. If its a bolt that is torqued then tightened to a specific angle then you need to replace it when doing the work.
