Jeep grand cherokee larado 1999 going above 50

sounds like it time to have the front end balljoints inspected. Only with an inspection will you get the proper results. Why guess, this is a safety issue.

I have a 1999 grand jeep it cut off when im

I just had this problem on my 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Once the engine got warm, after about 15 to 20 minutes, the car would just die at random times, sometimes when doing 40 mph and sometimes at idle.

I ended up changing the Crankshaft Position Sensor and it cleared the issue.

I replace the vacuum hose and its still idle

You've got a leak somewhere in the hose, or you left a connection open. You just need to get into it and find it. Not any good way to describe what to do, but the high idle speed is due to a vacuum leak.

Transmission, Most likely need to flush it a few times and that should do the trick. My friend had the same problem with his grand prix, 3800 engines are tough but the transmission the grand prix come with blow.

Changing Anti freeze

60/40 but 50/50 is fine, Locate the the drain it is at the bottom of the radiator, drain out the old coolant (remove the pressure cap) and refill the radiator slowly, fill the coolant bottle all the way to the top, run the engine at high idle for 10-15 minutes, do not overheat it, shut it down and let it cool, recheck the coolant bottle and fill to full line, that should do it.
