Question about Dodge Grand Caravan
Check the power source first.
Without the correct voltage to the TCM will not able to operate normally.
1) check for a warm/hot transmission power relay /////check relay socket for corrosion.
Replace it if it's warm/hot
2) check for all grounding strips/wires from battery to engine and metal frame.
If you has 14 or 16 AWG wire around then ran a temporary ground wire between the negative battery post to the TCM metal shell.
This will rule out bad ground to TCM
3) clean battery terminal
4) check voltage with engine running.
It should be 13.4V to 14.6V
5) give all wiring a quick inspection.
Check all connectors for corrosion. A can of electrical contact cleaner will help speed up the cleaning job.
6) A wiggle test on the wire harness.
Have someone stay in the drive seat to monitor the check engine light or the ODBII code reader while you gently wiggle the wiring.
If the power sources and wiring are all checked out and problem is still remain then it's logical to give a re-manufacture TCM a try.

Wow brother you has a seroius melt down of the tranny. There is not much you can do besides replacement of the bad tranny. You pulled a control system code whitch says to me you have no more control of the internal shifting and speed control. Your other ones indicate that you did some planetary gear damage. Its screwed up and need to be replaced or repaired, Best of luck.
