Question about 2000 Jeep Cherokee
Open door and pull back rubber boot in door jam and look for broken wires. this is the most common cause for this. look real good because they could look good and be broke in half so tug on them and seperate them from eachother. if not then you will need to check the mater switch to see if the window lock is faulty.
