I need a code for a ford radio model 6000 serial

The ford keycode I was given when I brought my car is incorrect, I need to get a code for a ford radio model 6000 serial no. M229192 can anyone help?

- I took it to a ford dealer and they wanted £35 plus VAT for the code??! What a rip off for searching a computer for a code??! From all the forums it would seem there is a way of getting the code for free?
