PT CRUISER OBD shows the problem as PO243

PT CRUISER OBD shows the problem as PO243 Wastegate solenoid malfunction. Not sure where it is on the car and what it looks like so any assistance would be welcome. Is this something that can be replaced or repaired.Cannot go to a dealership as there are only 3 in the whole of France.
