Problem for Kia 2002 Sedona

I have a 2002 kia sedona. it is leaking

I have a 2002 kia sedona. it is leaking transmission fluid when it is in gear. when it is in park it does not leak. It looks to be coming from where a seal use to be. Would there be any other reasons other than a seal be causing it to blow a seal out like that???
