i purchased a 2001 honda accord coupe V6 auto'' and it was hit in the front right fender and right rear quoter panel'' not that bad'' but i tried to start it and it would not start'' so i took all the spark plugs off and checked for compresion and they where all at 50psi except for one it only had like 20'' the car has been sitting for a while'' could it be that the lifters are not fully charged do to it sitting for so long? cus the car was running in order for it to have got in a accident''
The engine does not have hydraulic lifters, I think the cylinders are washed down losing the thin film of oil that helps keep compression. If you have already confirmed that you have spark and fuel, Since the plugs are out, Try spraying a small amount of oil into each of the cylinders. Then with the plugs still removed, crank the eng. for 3 secs. to distribute the oil and clear the cyls. Put the plugs back in, holding the accel. pedal to the floor and crank the engine until it starts. You may need to hook up a jump box to the battery. Let me know if that helps.

Faceplate of stereo system lights up, appears to work, but no sound from speakers? I can hear the cd's reading, and the radio locks into stereo for stations, but no sound at all comes from the speakers. Not even the slightest little buzz. I doubt there are any in/outputs or speakers blown (If a speaker were it should be crackling at least) the system has never been pushed or even turned up past I'd say, 30 percent... This is leading me to think it's a loose connection in the stereo somewhere, but I don't know how to get behind it, or if it isn't something else.. Any ideas?
