Problem for Chevrolet 1993 Beretta

Running lites will not turn off.

running lites will not turn off.switch is turned off. dautgher is out of town trying to tslk her thru solutions.head lites are off just not tail or front turn/run lites. had her turn switch on/off acouple of times but still on. im thinking switch but im 100 mi away and dont want her changing parts needlessly
