when talking off at full gas....there is a slamming noise coming from the rear end of the car...also happens when i have have people riding in the back of the car and i hit bumps...is it bad shocks or somthing more serious?

Does your break pedal feel squishy or soft? Do you notice a "vibration" when the slamming noise happens? Does it get worse or better at high speeds? Does it get worse or better when you go over bumps?

Could be blown shocks, bad bushings, missing bump stops, damaged exhaust, broken exhaust hanger. The exhaust goes over the axle, if it's hanging low the axle could hit it over a large bump or when weight is in the rear. No telling until you crawl under it and take a good look at everything. How many miles are on it?

the first thing to check is tranny mount easy fix weak spot good luck
