Changed front brakes, bled the brakes checked

changed front brakes, bled the brakes checked fluid res.(full), but still have a spongy pedal. any ideas???

- cant find any leaks anywhere. shouldnt the master cyclinder leak?

- master cuclinder shows no sign of a leak. had the car running when bleeding brakes. cant find any fluid leaking anywhere

The master cylinder most likely is bad.

there is still air in the system somewhere, did you start the engine when you bled them, the servo will not work when the engine is off, try that.

- if itis it the cylinder, you will have a loss of brake, not spongy ones. Bleed again engine running don't use a self bleed kit, do it properly, there is still air somewhere in the line, if the cylinder has gone, it's like braking without the engine running.
