hi are you getting just cold air blowing when you turn it on or are you getting nothing at all if you have changed the thermostat then the chances are the whole control unit needs replacing these do fail from time to time if your getting the blower working but only getting cold air then you need to change the control unit.
your cheapest option would be to buy second hand they can be hard to fit so be warned.
