Yes, but typically it would need to be done with a scan tool. I've never heard of anyone not being able to reach computer access port. Have there been any aftermarket alterations done to the vehicle? Most computer ports are now located under the steering wheel inside the cab. I would take it to a dealership, talk nice and most of them will clear codes for free, it takes only minutes. If you don't want to go to them to do it, turn off your radio and lights, shut the vehicle off, and then disconnect the battery cables. Leave them off for a few minutes, I usually do this over my lunch break, then reconnect them, this will clear your codes. If it comes back on... take it back to whoever put your brakes on, something wasn't done correctly or your sensor was damaged, or it just went bad.
