2001 jeep gd. cherokee larado 4.0 4wd auto. starts and stalls as if key imobilizer shutting down engine every 2 seconds scanned jtec message not received also voltmeter & fuel gauge not operating properly ohmed wires at inst. cluster, aldl, ck'd. diag. connector near base of steering column every thing comes up that it should run. replacing skims mod. can i install the 4 digit security code without a scanner and if so what would be the procedure.thankyou! nitetrain2
