Problem for Jeep 1997 Grand Cherokee

I have a vacum hose sitting out in the open

I have a vacum hose sitting out in the open right on the main line below/center the cowl,where does it go? There isn,t a readily seen point of connection.The truck runs rough and the venting baffles do not work correctly.Any vacum routing diagram or assistance is appreciated.

No I did not fix this problem because I was under the impression that this was a FORUM to get FREE advice from not a site that wants you to pay for the information. If I wanted to pay for this info I would take this vehicle to my mechanic....
