1993 Accord, 4 dr, auto... when I shift from P to D4 there is a clunk sound, the car doesn't lurch but just makes a hard clunk sound... also, when I take my foot off the accelerator it feels that the car is braking almost, not hard brake but just doesn't feel normal... maybe it's just me.

start be looking for broken motor mounts if there broken this can happen look for rips and tares in the rubber in side the mounts you may need to put the car in the air to check the rear mount. if you find one that is broken replace it and see if that solves your clunk.
