Car doesn't heat

Saab turbo blowers work but not giving hot air to heat. What do I do? We cannot afford to take it to a garage. Need to self repair for winter is cold.

Check whether your engine reaches its optimal working temperature, the thermostat can be faulty, or the tap for the heater radiator might be stuck.
