Oil is full but oil pressure light stays on. seems oil is not being pumped or not being picked up.Power also is down and seems as if engine will cut off at any minute...Oil has not been changed in a year ....is there a oil pump in this car....how is oil delivered to the top end...can my oil flow be blocked?..if so what is most likely cause.....any troubleshooting suggestions???

yes there is a oil pump in your engine you need to change the oil every 3000 miles or three months this will keep your engine clean but as far as help go all i can tell is that you need to take your car to a good shop and have them check out the inside of the engine so may have a serious problem.
