THE OHC - ENGINE YOU HAVE TO REMOVE AIR CLEANER TO SEE STARTER DISCONNECT SPEEDOMETER CABLE.PUSH SHIFTER CABLE UP AND GUIDE THE STARTER ARMATURE END FIRST DOWN BETWEEN THE STABILIZER BAR AND THE ENGINE.

I have a car issue. Car wouldn't start, so jumped it at the starter but would only run for a few seconds. thought it was the ignition switch, so pulled the whole steering column out and found a broken wire that came off the barrel. But then wouldn't start again, so while I was trying to make this work i got it to start without a key but just using a needle nose pliers. But now it wont start at all, i tried looking at all connections, relays, tapped on the starter, hooking the ignition switch back up again, the only thing that I can think of is that it is a bad ground somewhere? Its a 94' olds delta 88. can anyone please help me before I set it on fire!
