It it happens when it is raining. This seems to be a common problem with Vehicles.
There is
a seal on the passenger side Hood Hinge area. If this seal is cracked
or broken or missing you will get water in the car every time it rains.
The water runs down the windshield in to the Hing area under the Hood.
You
may need to take the hood off to get to the seal. First pour water over
the area, if it comes in the car there is your problem.
You can seal it with any water proof silicone sealer .
If its not raining check your coolant to see if its low. Could be a heater core. Also if the drain in the bottom of the air duct is clogged when you run the AC all the condensation will end up on the floor.
