Problem for Ford 2000 Taurus

My window on my ford taurus stopped working. just

my window on my ford taurus stopped working. just makes a rapid clicking noise from the fuse panel under dash. i just replaced the motor in the window and it still does the same thing. is there a relay? if so where and will that solve the problem?
