Problem for GMC 2002 Envoy

2002 Envoy I come to a stop and my oil gauge drop

2002 Envoy I come to a stop and my oil gauge drop and check gauge come on and readout say low oil pressure and sometime engine shut down. push on gas thimg go back to normal. this doesnt happan all the time

Try a new oil pressure switch first,if that does'nt repair the problem then get the oil pressure tested.If it tests low then the problem is internal and the motor meeds to be dissasembled.
