Problem for Ford 2002 SVT Focus

I have a line coming off of the throttle body in

I have a line coming off of the throttle body in between the throttle body and the fire wall and it is routed to the front of the engine. This line is pinching itself closed just before the throttle body. What is this line and what is the fix?

This is most likely a vacuum hose, sometimes the hoses get weak and need to be replaced. If it's only happening in one spot you can sometimes splice the hose with a hard plastic coupler and it will keep it from collapsing the line. What is the line hooked to up front?
