Problem for Ford 2005 Escape

I hear a constant clicking noise near the insdie

i hear a constant clicking noise near the insdie fuse box. this occurs when the keys are not in the ignition. it is draining power from the vehicle and now it wont start.

one of the relays is shorted, try pulling the one thats clicking and look to see what it controls,then get back to me Thanks Ray
