Problem for Toyota 2002 Camry
2002 Camry shut down while idle
My 2002 Camry was working great, until I was at a stop light and it just shut down. I was able to turn the car off (with my keys) and then start it again. This happened twice before I made it home. This has never happened before. When it was idle some lights on the dash came on, I belive it was the battery and maybe oil light. What could it be?

I have 2002 Toyota Camry also and mine did the same thing. I ended up having to put a battery in the vehicle 2 weeks later so you may want to get that tested. Mechanic told me it was the alternator but I tested the battery at Auto Zone and the battery was bad. I did this a year ago and has not happened again.
