replaced slave cylinder to clutch, was okay for a short time, then went back to same old dumb stuff, clutch not disengaging part of the time, replaced clutch master cylinder and can't seem to get it bled to have any pressure on clutch petal. What do I need to do??

i have a 95 volks golf 2.0. i was having problems with rough idle, along with other issues like intermittent hard starting and oil in the air box. i decided to try to clean out the pvc. the problem actualy got a bit worse. the rough idle is still there but is a bit less noticeable but the engine now bucks in the driving range, while accelarating or maintaining speed . if i accelatate quickly it doesn't show so much. after this i decided to get the engine light checked by a shop (tried before at shops, autozone but had no sucsess) it came up with 3 readings. activated charcoal filter sys. solenoid open short circut to earth, mass air meter open short circut to earth and engine speed sender no signal (probably just a misread). i tried driving with maf unplugged, it drive but the engine cut out when i came to a stop or slipped it into neutral. i even tried swaping the maf with a used one but it made no difference. my guess is that the engine is getting uneven amounts of fuel and/or air, but i dont know whats causing this, wiring maybe?
