How to remove ignition without keys

if you have a metal bit for your drill that's small enough to drill a hole into the middle of the key:
drill a hole into the center of they key. stick in something into the hole (preferably a rod of metal) with superglue on it and gently try to turn the ignition after it's properly dried.

I'm extracting a bolt and my drill bit broke and got stuck in it, how do I extract it out...

You will have difficulty now that you have tool steel in the hole that has to be removed . There are drill bits on the market that will drill tools steel but you will have to go to a shop that specialises in engineering equipment or possible a specialist tool shop may have these drills. they are not cheap. The size of the hole that you were drilling will determine the success that may happen as if the hole is small then you will not be able to use anything to get to the drill bit and the area or work will determine the success as well. sometimes using a centre point punch to break the drill bit down (watch for flying steel) until an eazyout can be used. mostly in instances like this it will take an imaginative thought to get a solution.

How can I replace the ignition lock and the drivers door lock on a 1993 300zx?

You will probably need to drill out the center of the ignition lock cylinder to remove it without the key. Start with a small bit and make sure you drill straight into it and then use a little bit bigger drill bit. Keep doing that until you can turn the key lock cylinder and you'll be able to remove it.

Bleeder screw stuck

Use the correct size ring spanner . use a hammer to hit the end of the bled screw while applying turning action to the bleeder. This will jar the taper that is what the locking action is and it will come out . Use a drill bit and clean out the hole down to the side holes and clean that out with a smaller drill bit. Do not damage the taper part as that is what seals off the fluid. You may have to remove the caliper/cylinder for the operation but mostly it can be done in car.

How to remove stuck key cyliender

it can be drilled directly in the center with a 1/2 in bit and just short of the depth of the cylinder. I usually put blue tape around the bit so i know when the bit is deep enough.

Stuck head bolts

If the head bolt heads are sheared off the only way you can remove it is by purchasing an easy-out kit, or and easy out extractor for the size bolt you are trying to remove. go to an auto parts store make sure you know the size bolt, because you will need the correct size steel drill bit to use with the easy out extractor after purchase, 1st soak each bolt with (pb-oil) and let stand about one hour you will have to drill the center of the sheared bolt, use cutting oil and low rpms on your drill and be patient because those head bolts will not be easy drilling, stay straight, after the the holes are drilled, when you insert the easy out as you turn to the left or counter clockwise it will tighten and grab the bolt to loosen it.
good luck!

How do you replace the ignition cylinder on a 1997 toyota 4 runner

Here's what you need:
1) Drill
2) 5/32′ cobalt drill bit (use cobalt, it's for drilling hard metals and is necessary)
3) 10mm socket wrench
Here's what you do:
1) Remove panel underneath steering column (4 X 10mm bolts)
2) Remove plastic shield covering ignition (should just snap out)
3) On the underside of the ignition assembly, you'll see a small hole (~1/4′) about 2 inches back from where the key goes. Using the 5/32′ drill bit, drill up into the hole, trying to center the drill bit on the pin which is inside the hole. You can normally push this retaining pin in if the ignition is turned to the first position and slide the cylinder out.
4) When the pin is drilled out completely, the lock cylinder should be easy to pop out with a small flat head screwdriver pried just underneath where the key goes on the front of the ignition.
5) The new cylinder should slide right in (with the key inserted and turned to the first position - ACC)
Heres what it cost:
1) Ignition lock cylinder assembly from Toyota dealer ~ $115
2) 5/32′ cobalt drill bit ~$4
