i had a coolant loss problem, we replaced the head gasket, had the head pressure tested, put everything together and we still have a coolant loss, could it be the turbo which is water and oil cooled? or what?
dear friend- your turbo is not oil coold, but if you put a pressure tester on pump it ti 15psi and then let it stand for a while look for external leaks if nothing see if the pressure has dropped,if no external leaks were found and the pressure has dropped,it must be internal,if the pressure did not drop then i think the water cap is faulty.

thanks, yes the cooling of course is from water on the turbo, is it a common problem to lose water by this means? your input is on the button.

My R reg Saab 9000 CSE auto - the electric seats will not move. I have checked the fuse but all looks OK. Very occasionally I can get movement for a little while just after the ignition has been switched on.
