Problem for Chevrolet 1990 Lumina APV

I have a 1990 chevy Lumina and when i start it up

I have a 1990 chevy Lumina and when i start it up It idles hard it sounds like the gas peddle is being held down to the floor I have already replaced the oxegen sensor fuel pump heat senso map sensor coil packs spark plugs and wires and still having the same problem can anyone help me so i dont have to put anymore unnesecary money into this car?

It will probably be sticking throttle linkage, or a faulty idle control sensor.

You may want to check the IAC motor(Idle air control).It controls the idle by letting air in to the intake based on engine needs.If it is stuck open the idle will be too high.With the engine running you may hear a loud air suction noise from under the hood.Basically the IAC stuck open is a large vacuum leak
