Changing a fuel-pump shouldn't cause this type of problem. But if it was fine before and isn't now then you may want to look at the current fuel line pressure. If the new pump is faulty (not producing enough PSI) it could be the cause. Also why did you replace the pump? Maybe the pump wasn't the problem in the first place. Are there any stored engine code/s (is the engine light on)

- Ok, I understand, but you have changed the fuel-pump and the car isn't fixed. So you need to find out why. The pump may be defective, the fuel pressure regulator could be bad, or a fuel line could be pinched. Other diagnostics must be run to get down to the route of the problem. Exactly what do you want to know so you can be done with this problem?

Good, but just we know it was the fuel pump because we could not hear it turn on. We poured gas into the throttle body and it started right up.
