hello, i have a 1993 toyota, paseo, it has a 1.5 engine, with a auto trans, when i got the car, it idled fast, now it has started surging, if you unplug the vaccum line, going to the IAC, and plug it, it stops surging, and idles slower, could this be a bad IAC? or something else? thanks
