1997 Honda Civic LX - front right window will not move and there appears to be no power at all. What can I try before the rain starts to get it back up.

Your right front window fuse probably blew. Check that and post again if that's not the case. Don't forget you have 3 fuse blocks, two underhood as well as the one under the dash.
