Sounds like the air bag suspension line has blown or the air springs themselves have failed. Best way to figure out which is to start the car and trace the air lines from the compressor. If the lines are intact (lines run to both front and read air springs) then the problem lies within the air springs themselves. They are basically air bags inside of springs that inflate and deflate according to the load. Not every shop will work on air ride suspension. There are specialty shops that will both sell the parts and install them. I hope this clarifies your problem.
The rear air bags are probably blown, or an air line broke. The lincoln air bag systems can be expensive to repair, about $300 a side for the bags if i remember correctly. Aftermarket companies make replacement springs, getting rid of the air bag all together and at a more reasonable price. A google search will point you in the right direction to aquire parts for either direction you chose to go.
