Problem for Oldsmobile 2001 Alero

How do you remove a waterpump from an Oldsmobile

How do you remove a waterpump from an Oldsmobile Alero? I have removed all nuts and bolts but cannot get the pump to slide out-it seems to be hung, it will not slide out from the three bolts.

hi sounds like this has a 2.4 quad engine
got bad news you have to take the timing chain off
