First try pulling and re-inserting or replacing the IOD fuse. You can find it on the lower right side of the fuse box under the hood. If that doesn't work you have a short and need to see a mechanic.
I recently had a 06 Town and Country in with inoperative power locks. Checked the basics first, fuses and what not. Hooked it up to the scanner and checked the BCM for codes. Turned out it had a code for a open or short in the Door lock circuit. Recorded and cleared the code. Locks have worked ever since. So.. check the fuses first, then you may have to bring it to a shop to have them scan the body control module and clear the codes.

the turn signals on my 2005 town and country work and then don't work. When they don't work, the blinkers also don't work when the sliding door is opened. Also, the driver side sliding door no longer works with the power door locks. It has to be locked and unlocked manually.
