What could be causing my 91' Toyota pickup to lock-up. We've replaced the rear end twice, the clutch twice and the transmission once but the problem keeps coming back. It's like you're holding down the brake pedal as you're attempting to move both forward (in any gear) and backward in reverse. If you turn it off and let it set for a while the brake pedal eventually loosens up, unlocks and it drives normally again until the next time it starts to stick and the same cycle starts all over again.
