Problem for Volkswagen 2002 Passat

Esp light coming on and and car driving like she running off

esp light coming on and and car driving like she is running off one cylinder. put the car on a diagnostic machine and came up problem with third diesel injector. replaced same and now car will not start. put onto diagnostic machine coming up no fault.how can i fix this car???
