I have a 1961 Lincoln Continental Cov...
I have a 1961 Lincoln Continental Covertible. The top just started to give me problems. When I am putting the top up I have the following problem. The deck lid opens, the top comes up and locks in place, the back panel closes and then it just stops. The hydraulics won't kick back on and close the deck lid. I can reverse the cycle at that point and put the top back into the trunk and the deck lid will close at that point with the top down. I checked the back panel retract switch and it is working fine. I don't know what to check next. Any ideas???
